Are you an experienced property professional looking to take on a dynamic residential role in the heart of London's West End?

We are seeking a Residential Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure top-quality service delivery for residential properties on a prestigious client's residential portfolio. Although this role is an initial 6 month contract, there is the likelihood that this could turn permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive image of properties and ensure smooth operations across all sites.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring fabric maintenance and compliance with health and safety.
  • Oversee vacant property checks, manage tenant relationships, and handle all reactive maintenance.
  • Manage invoices and residential queries, ensuring accurate record-keeping for inspections, health checks, and plant testing.
  • Coordinate tenant check-ins, welcome meetings, and manage check-outs and remedial works.
  • Support health and safety compliance and liaise with local authorities and insurance teams for claims.
  • Report regularly to the Estate Manager and manage a team of residential managers.

Person Specification:

  • Proven track record in property management and experience managing stakeholder and tenant relationships.
  • Strong understanding of service charges, budget management, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-facing approach.
  • ARLA level 3 qualification is desirable.
