This rewarding role involves working with a class of 3-7 children with ASD, ranging from non-verbal learners to those accessing the national curriculum. As the ARB Specialist Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons while managing a dedicated team of 2-5 Specialist Teaching Assistants.

The Role:

Teaching a small class of students with varying ASD needs, ensuring personalised support for each learner.
Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the developmental and academic levels of the students.
Managing and mentoring a team of Specialist Teaching Assistants.
Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
Monitoring progress and working collaboratively with parents, SENCOs, and external specialists.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with ASD.
Knowledge of pre-subject-specific and national curriculum-based learning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education.
