Are you an experienced and passionate teacher looking for an opportunity to specialise in supporting children with ASD? Long Term Futures is working with an inclusive primary school in Ealing to recruit a Specialist Teacher to lead their Autism Resource Base from January.

This rewarding role involves working with a class of 3-7 children with ASD, ranging from non-verbal learners to those accessing the national curriculum. As the ARB Specialist Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons while managing a dedicated team of 2-5 Specialist Teaching Assistants.

The Role:

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with ASD.
  • Knowledge of pre-subject-specific and national curriculum-based learning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for inclusive education.
