In this role you will works days based shift, Monday to Friday where you will be tasked with ensuring all Minor repair and maintenance tasks are completed with the building. You will also conduct daily inspections and have fire Marshall responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a background in building/ fabric maintenance, live commutable to Russell Square and is looking for a long term, permanent role.

*35 Hours a week
*08:00-16:00
*Ensure all Minor repair and maintenance tasks are completed with the building.
*Daily inspections
*Fire Marshall responsibility
