What's involved?
As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotel and ensure all services are operating at an optimum. Also, you will be working closely with the GM overseeing the health & safety, sustainability, and cost control whilst assisting with the recruitment and mentoring of a small team.
Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience as a Maintenance Manager from a medium sized hotel operations with knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker (desirable). Ideally looking for a minimum of 12 months as Manager and someone with a real passion about the hospitality industry.
