Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Assess and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and longevity of flooring.
- Waterproofing: Apply waterproofing solutions to protect surfaces from moisture damage.
- Floor Installation: Install materials such as tiles, vinyl, or resin with precision to meet both functional and aesthetic standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure safety, durability, and compliance with specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Address any irregularities or challenges in the installation process to deliver a high-quality finish.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in laying flooring, particularly in wet rooms, kitchens, or bathrooms.
- Expertise in working with tiles, vinyl, or resin flooring.
- Knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
