We are working with a leading provider of specialist care services to recruit an IT Support Technician. This role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact, providing IT support and managing the IT infrastructure across multiple sites. You will play a key role in managing cybersecurity, software licensing, telecommunications, and IT support for the organization.
IT Support Technician
West Linton/Onsite
£28,000 - £35,000
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to staff, handling day-to-day technical issues across multiple sites.
- Help maintain cybersecurity systems and implement security measures as needed.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Oversee software updates and licensing to ensure compliance.
- Support the setup and maintenance of network devices like routers, printers, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Liaise with external IT support for server and network troubleshooting.
- Offer basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems and tools.
Technical Skills:
- M365 (Microsoft 365)
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Networking (routers, switches, firewalls)

- VOIP systems
- Remote support tools
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
