We are working with a leading provider of specialist care services to recruit an IT Support Technician. This role offers a great opportunity to make a real impact, providing IT support and managing the IT infrastructure across multiple sites. You will play a key role in managing cybersecurity, software licensing, telecommunications, and IT support for the organization.

IT Support TechnicianWest Linton/Onsite£28,000 - £35,000

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to staff, handling day-to-day technical issues across multiple sites.
  • Help maintain cybersecurity systems and implement security measures as needed.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Oversee software updates and licensing to ensure compliance.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of network devices like routers, printers, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Liaise with external IT support for server and network troubleshooting.
  • Offer basic training and guidance to staff on IT systems and tools.
