Job Title: Telemarketer 30 k pLus generous commission

I am working with an expanding agricultural company in Kings Lynn seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join theirsales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and securing sales appointments. The Telemarketer will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
  • Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Answer questions about our products/services and provide relevant information to potential customers.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the sales team to follow up with interested customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest in our products/services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and sales generated.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge and sales techniques to effectively engage customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Telemarketer or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
