Location: Based in King’s Lynn, covering areas within an hour’s travel (including Norwich and Great Yarmouth)
Salary: £13.50/hour (during 3-month probation), rising to £16/hour after probation

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join the team. If you have a strong skill set across multiple trades and are passionate about delivering quality work, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be working on a variety of projects across King’s Lynn, Norwich, Great Yarmouth, and the surrounding areas. You'll be paired with another team member and provided with a company van for travel, making this role collaborative and dynamic.

• Multi-Trade Skills: Experience across a range of trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, or general maintenance.
• Tools: You must have your own tools to carry out the work.
• Team Player: Willing to work alongside another operative.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
• Travel: Comfortable traveling up to an hour from King’s Lynn (to areas such as Norwich and Great Yarmouth).

• Pay: £13.50/hour during the 3-month probation period, increasing to £16/hour upon successful completion.
• Company Van: Provided for work purposes (shared with your team member).
• Stability: A permanent, full-time role with immediate start.
• Variety: Diverse projects and locations to keep your work interesting.

• Full UK driving license.
• Your own tools.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
