My client is currently undertaking an exciting expansion of their Product team and are looking to bring in an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager. With proven experience in the charitable sector, you will help develop and support the organisation’s vision and ambitions.

As a Senior Product Manager, Charities & Impact, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive and detailed Charities & Impact customer and product strategy
  • Develop fundraising tools for charities and assess opportunities for international expansion
  • Provide senior product oversight to the theory of change and ensure requirements are mapped across the product portfolio
  • Drive the development of Group-level propositions for the Impact Accelerator
  • Ensure that all Charities & Impact product controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant.
  • Be at the heart of the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  • Participate in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centred on autonomous, KPI driven development across multi-functional teams

The ideal Senior Product Manager will have at least 5 years' experience in Product Management within the Third Sector and possess the ability to deliver and gain buy in on your strategies and plans from stakeholders of all levels and senior management.

Based from either the flagship Central London office or Kent Head Quarters you will benefit from:
