Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk - Kings Hill
Are you an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a temporary role? Our client, based in Kings Hill, is seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to support their finance team on a full-time Temporary basis.
?? Location: Kings Hill - Onsite? Contract: Temporary (Full-time) Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm. Duration: 2-4 weeks to be reviewed.
?? Rate: £16-£17 per hour via Umbrella company
Start Date: 10th February 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
- Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records
Requirements:
? Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role? Strong attention to detail and accuracy? Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
