My client, a specialist Third Sector organisation, are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their innovative, cross-skilled Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

To achieve this they offer hybrid working, 2 days in the office, free on-site parking, a generous pension, private healthcare and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.In this pivotal role the Quality Assurance Analyst will carry out retrospective Quality reviews to ensure policies and procedures have been followed in line with regulatory requirements and AML Sanctions policies. Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing feedback to the QA Managers for inclusion in reports detailing findings from Quality Assurance assessments, providing actionable insights to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Review cases to ensure the content of the case files and conclusions are clear, complete and supported by the information in the file
  • Work with the QA Managers and wider teams to identify gaps in processes and explore opportunities to improve the Customer experience

The ideal Quality Assurance Analyst will have:

  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a corporate customer focused environment
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to CDD, specifically customer on-boarding, account reviews and transaction monitoring
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

You will also have a detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to convey findings and recommendations clearly.

This is an office based position Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm for an initial office-based training period with hybrid working after this.
