- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, brokers, and solicitors, acting as the primary point of contact for all queries during the post-offer process.
- Provide timely, accurate responses to enquiries and proactively update all stakeholders on case progress.
- Manage legal queries and documentation while ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Accurately input and update case data in the system, maintaining an up-to-date record of each application’s stage.
- Monitor and progress mortgage applications using a diary system to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure mortgage conditions are met and escalate any issues to the Line Manager for resolution.
- Handle phone calls and emails efficiently to ensure all tasks are actioned promptly.
- Previous experience in financial services, mortgages, or case management is advantageous but not essential.
- A general understanding of financial or mortgage processes is desirable.
