Role Summary:As a Product Change Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing mortgage product modification requests. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for queries regarding mortgage product change applications
  • Delivering prompt, precise, and appropriate responses to customer and adviser inquiries
  • Liaising with various internal teams and Mortgage Advisers to provide updates on application progress and address any challenges
  • Proactively engaging with existing clients to encourage product change applications and remind them of impending product expirations
  • Ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance within internal and external systems
  • Managing applications independently while handling related administrative duties
  • Following up on any outstanding documents, reports, or information needed to progress applications
  • Arranging property valuations and coordinating with valuers to facilitate smooth processing
  • Conducting final reviews before applications are finalised
