The Graduate Building Surveyor RoleAs a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, engaging in a variety of tasks designed to challenge and develop your skills.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Contract Administration duties across diverse projects.
- Supporting and advising on Party Wall Matters.
- Managing Dilapidations and related assessments.
- Conducting Building Surveys, with a focus on pathology and defects diagnosis.
- Preparing Licences to Alter and Schedules of Condition.
- Gaining hands-on exposure to Expert Witness assignments.
- Education: A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- Ambition: A strong desire to work towards APC accreditation and excel in the profession.
- Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attributes: A keen eye for detail and a passion for building surveying.

- Salary: £28,000 - £35,000.
