Training Coordinator

Salary - £30,000

  • Provide support to training managers in organising leadership and performance training.
  • Coordinate venues, liaise with facilities, and manage internal communication.
  • Handle data entry, scheduling, and GDPR-related queries.
  • Assist with firm soft skills training and Future Talent programmes, including trainee recruitment and mentoring.
  • Support external training events and manage logistics for training programs.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development, ensuring smooth delivery of training and development initiatives.
