- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve overdue invoices.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address credit-related issues.
- Monitor credit limits and assess creditworthiness of new and existing clients.

- Prepare accurate reports and maintain financial records.
- Handle customer queries professionally to maintain strong relationships.
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software such as SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
