I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join my client on a 12 month FTC, providing maternity cover.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in an office environment.
Day to Day role as a Customer Service Representative –
- Providing helpdesk support and advice via telephone and email to customers.
- Manage queries, supporting the entire process until completion.
- Have a basic understanding of products and services offered.
- General administrative tasks.
- Ensure customer enquiries are completed and actioned in accordance with Helpdesk KPI’s.
Key skills and experience for the Customer Service Representative role –
- Experience in customer service within an office environment.
- Able to demonstrate customer service and telephone skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change at short notice.
- Strong multitasking skills.
Benefits and extra information for the Customer Service Representative role –
- £22,500 annual salary.
- Monday – Friday shift based rota between 07:30AM – 17:00PM
