I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join my client who specialise within the Manufacturing industry, on a 2 month contract.Â
Day to Day role as a Customer Service Representative –
- Providing helpdesk support and advice via telephone and email to customers.
- Manage queries, supporting the entire process until completion.
- Have a basic understanding of products and services offered.
- General administrative tasks.
- Ensure customer enquiries are completed and actioned in accordance with Helpdesk KPI’s.
Key skills and experience for the Customer Service Representative role –
- Experience in customer service within an office environment.
- Able to demonstrate customer service and telephone skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to change at short notice.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Call centre experience is ESSENTIAL.Â

- Monday – Friday shift based rota between 07:30AM – 18:00PM
- Onsite parking.
