Customer Service Representative – PART TIME!

12-month FTC

30 hours a week: Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm

A rare part-time opportunity has arisen for a dedicated customer service professional to join an established business in Mid Kent. The successful candidate will be working in a busy contact centre dealing with customer enquiries and responsible for delivering a high level of customer service!

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Duties for this Customer Service role include:

Speaking with new and existing customers via phone and email.
Setting up new accounts.
Processing payments.
Advising customers on the company’s products and services.
General administrative duties.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

Previous experience within a similar role.
Passionate about customer service!
Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with the ability to work autonomously.
Confident speaking to customers on the phone.
Computer literate and able to use MS Office and CRM systems.
