Customer Service Representative – PART TIME!

Mid Kent

c.£25,300

12-month FTC

30 hours a week: Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm

A rare part-time opportunity has arisen for a dedicated customer service professional to join an established business in Mid Kent. The successful candidate will be working in a busy contact centre dealing with customer enquiries and responsible for delivering a high level of customer service!

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

Duties for this Customer Service role include:

  • Speaking with new and existing customers via phone and email.
  • Setting up new accounts.
  • Processing payments.
  • Advising customers on the company’s products and services.
  • General administrative duties.

To be considered for this role, you must have/be:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Passionate about customer service!
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Confident speaking to customers on the phone.
  • Computer literate and able to use MS Office and CRM systems.
