- Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers.
- Resolve customer queries effectively and deliver solutions.
- Accurately update customer records in the internal database.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Service role, or equivalent transferable skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

- Competitive salary: £20,500 - £22,500 per annum.
