This is a key role for an enthusiastic, attentive and skilled Mortgage Protection Supervisor to ensure that regulatory requirements are met and client interests are safeguarded, achieving the best possible outcome.

You will be working within a friendly, talented team to:

  • Ensure new Consultants reach Competent Adviser Status and thatexisting Consultants maintain this.
  • Complete advice reviews and conduct regular 121's to review Consultant KPIs.
  • Handle Consultant advice queries.
  • Conduct client quality assurance calls.
  • Support with Consultant CPD training.
  • Assist with Consumer Duty commitments.
  • Support complaint investigations.
  • Support with annual SMCR responsibilities.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Expert knowledge of FCA regulations.
  • CEMAP Qualification (Essential).
  • Experienced in training and mentoring Consultants.
  • Experienced in file reviews.
  • Adept at dealing with difficult conversations.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.
