Finance Business Partner Day-to-day of the role:- Collaborate with various department heads to enhance financial performance and business decisions.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and recommend actions.
- Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking to support business planning.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role within the finance sector.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner position would need to show experience obtained from a similar finance business partner role, be in commutable distance to our client in Maidstone, and be available to start work immediately. You would be required to work full-time in our office.
