Our client, a leading business in the Financial services industry is seeking an Operations Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to growth within the business our client is looking for an Operations Manager to come on board, working closely with departments across the business whilst overseeing the Operations team to ensure smooth-running of the department and other teams whilst driving change management initiatives, overseeing projects and implementing new processes into the business.
This is the ideal role for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Management / Operational role where you have been used to overseeing teams and departments whilst playing a pivotal hands-on role in business change across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key input in planning and the successful delivery of those plans across the wider business
- Develop project plans whilst overseeing the implementation of projects
- Organize and lead effective meetings
- Ensure the efficiency of departments across the business is maintained
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Provide guidance and support to the Operations team
- Keep up to date with industry change and regulations
Key Experience:
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager
- Confident overseeing teams and departments across the organization
- Understanding of the financial services industry and FCA regulations would be advantageous
- Change management experience
- Experienced in implementing projects and overseeing projects across the business
- Strong at building relationships across the business, liaising with key stakeholders
