I am recruiting for a Professional Services B2B company with a massive Global Presence who are looking for a Junior Designer to join their team on a 9 month FTC ( with a possibility to become perm) to support on major rebrand projects and other adhoc projects. You'll play a key role in updating and refining existing documents and assets across various formats, ensuring they align with their new brand guidelines. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of creative tasks, from designing certification badges and social media posts to website banners and brochures. If you’re a creative, detail-oriented team player with strong design skills then this could be a great new role for you!

Key responsibilities:

** Support a rebrand project by updating existing internal and customer-facing documentation (Word and PDF formats).

** Design various digital and print assets such as certification badges, social media posts, website banners, and brochures.

** Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines 

** Assist with managing the approval process for documents and assets from key stakeholders across the business.

** Work efficiently to meet deadlines and handle multiple design tasks, prioritizing work effectively.

** Collaborate with the wider marketing team and support ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in graphic design for both print and digital, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines closely.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player who is happy to collaborate and ask for support when necessary.
  • Good communication skills in person, via email and on Teams calls.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback in stride, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Be confident in asking for help when needed and working as part of a supportive team.
  • Experience with video creation/editing is a bonus (Adobe Premiere or similar).

This is a hybrid position with 3 days office based ( You must have access to a car) in West Malling and initially is a 9 month FTC but could go potentially perm...but it's a brilliant opportunity to gain valuable experience and be part of an exciting rebrand project.
