Job Title: Primary 1:1 Teaching Assistant

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to support a primary school pupil in East Malling. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's learning journey by providing tailored support and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a specific pupil, providing one-on-one support in lessons and activities.
- Assist with academic tasks, social development, and emotional well-being.
- Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet the pupil's individual needs.
- Build a trusting and positive relationship to boost confidence and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to track progress and set achievable goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
- A passion for supporting children with additional learning needs.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
- An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
- An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
