Our client, a global leader in the charitable finance sector, is undergoing an exciting transformation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst on a 12 month Fixed term Contract to play a key role in delivering new systems and solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major projects, including replacing legacy systems with scalable, cloud-based SaaS platforms.

As a Business Analyst you will:

  • Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyse current and future business processes to identify improvements.
  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions.
  • Create essential project materials such as process flows, wireframes, and test plans.
  • Ensure projects align with governance standards and best practices.

The ideal Business Analyst will have

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects within a HR or Payroll function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, with a focus on delivering results and driving improvements.

Core hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Our client offer hybrid working with 2 office based days a week.
