Role Overview: You'll play a pivotal role in managing product change mortgage applications. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for queries related to product change mortgage applications.
  • Delivering timely, accurate, and fitting responses to inquiries
  • Collaborating with various internal departments and Mortgage Brokers to update them on case progress and resolve any arising queries.
  • Proactively engaging with existing customers to bolster the product change pipeline and offer reminders about upcoming product expiration dates.
  • Efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data across internal and external systems.
  • Taking charge of managing applications and handling relevant tasks independently.
  • Pursuing outstanding documentation, reports, and information necessary for application progression.
  • Coordinating valuations and liaising with valuers to ensure seamless processes.
  • Conducting final checks before application completion.
