- Delivering timely, accurate, and fitting responses to inquiries
- Collaborating with various internal departments and Mortgage Brokers to update them on case progress and resolve any arising queries.
- Proactively engaging with existing customers to bolster the product change pipeline and offer reminders about upcoming product expiration dates.
- Efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data across internal and external systems.
- Taking charge of managing applications and handling relevant tasks independently.
- Pursuing outstanding documentation, reports, and information necessary for application progression.
- Coordinating valuations and liaising with valuers to ensure seamless processes.
- Conducting final checks before application completion.
