Talent Guardian is representing a leading mortgage provider based in Maidstone, Kent, in their search for a Pre-Offer Case Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth progression of mortgage applications. The Pre-Offer Case Manager will manage a portfolio of mortgage applications up to the point of offer, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments such as underwriting and risk, as well as external partners, including brokers and valuers.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and brokers, acting as the primary point of contact for pre-offer queries.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to phone calls, emails, and other enquiries.
  • Liaise with the underwriting team to ensure application requirements and conditions are met.
  • Collaborate with external valuers to arrange and review valuation reports in line with business requirements.
  • Accurately update and maintain case information in the system, reflecting the current status of each application.
  • Monitor the dashboard to track application progress, resolve issues, and address outstanding tasks.
  • Pre-approve valuation reports and supplementary documents to streamline the underwriting process.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to discuss application progress and request required items.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in financial services, mortgages, or case management is advantageous but not essential.
  • A general understanding of financial or mortgage processes is beneficial.
