- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for any queries related to mortgage applications.
- Provide timely, accurate, and appropriate responses to phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Brokers and Solicitors, keeping them informed of case progress and addressing any queries.
- Communicate with the Line Manager, escalating issues for discussion and resolution.
- Liaise with the underwriting and risk team to ensure compliance with mortgage requirements and conditions.
- Experience in the financial or conveyancing industry, however relevant office experience will also be considered.
