A leading Finance company based in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking a dedicated Product Transfer Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and mortgage processes, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  The Product Transfer Specialist responsibilities:  
  • Act as the main point of contact for product transfer and mortgage application queries.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless application journey.
  • Keep Mortgage Brokers updated on the progress of specific cases and resolve any queries.
  • Proactively increase the product transfer pipeline by contacting customers whose products are nearing expiration.
  • Manage individual applications, from submission to completion.
  • Maintain and update data in both internal and external systems to reflect current application stages.
  • Chase outstanding documentation and arrange valuations, working closely with valuers.
  • Perform final checks before completing the application.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and support colleagues through the process.
  • Work effectively in a team, sharing ideas and collaborating to achieve goals.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of internal processes and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring all information is easy to understand and follow.
