Key Responsibilities:? Provide professional management services for freehold/leasehold developments? Lead, support, and develop a team in line with company KPIs? Ensure compliance with RICS, ARMA, and landlord & tenant legislation? Oversee HR functions, training, and performance reviews? Manage service delivery, income targets, and customer service issues
What We're Looking For:?? Proven property management & leadership experience?? Strong knowledge of leasehold/freehold property regulations?? Excellent communication & team management skills?? Ability to drive service improvements & mentor staff
