Description
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Managing correspondence and responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Filing, archiving and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Upholding confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team through proactive involvement.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Immediately available and able to commit to a 6-9 month FTC
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Job Offer
