Sonic Summary

The position available is for a Warehouse Operative with a shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, working from 8am to 8pm.
Candidates should have experience using a Counterbalance Forklift and be familiar with scan picking and receiving processes.
The role involves various responsibilities including picking orders, coordinating transport collections, and completing outloading administration tasks.
Applicants are expected to have good numeracy skills and their own transport due to the location of the warehouse.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in a similar role.

We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative

4 days on 4 days off 8am-8pm shift

Main Responsibilities

Picking orders/manual handling
Co-ordinating transport collections
Completing outloading administration tasks
Use of Prophet software, hand scanners
Securing Warehouse buildings at end of day
Unloading/loading trucks when required
Operating cardboard compactor
Monitor plant function and report any breakdown
Any other warehouse duties commensurate with the smooth operation of the Warehouse.

Essential Experience/Qualifications/skills

Experience of using Counterbalance Forklift would be desired

Driving ride-on powered pallet trucks

Scan picking/ receiving and load building

Use of live stock management system

Good numeracy

Due to operational requirements you may occasionally be asked to work outside these hours.

own transport would be required due to location
