Are you passionate about food, ingredients, and making people happy? We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Assistant Front of House Manager to join our Client in West Mersea. If you have a passion for creating great experiences and leading a team with confidence and flair, this could be the perfect role for you. The role offers a base salary of £25,000 with additional bonuses bringing the role up to £30,000+.
 

What Does the Role Entail?
As Assistant Front of House Manager, you’ll set the standard for warm, welcoming service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and bring fresh ideas to enhance our guest experience. From maintaining high standards to contributing to our continued success, this role is all about hospitality at its best.
 

What Skills Will You Have?
We’re looking for someone with personality, confidence, and a real appetite for hospitality. You’ll have experience in hospitality management, ideally in customer service, strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire those around you. You’ll be hands-on, proactive, and eager to bring new ideas to the table while upholding our reputation for excellence.
