URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join our busy client based within the West Moseley area. (Please note is role is fully office based)
Duties would include:
- Supporting the finance team
- Data entry
- Reconciling bank statements
- Processing invoices
- Preparing financial reports
- Assisting with audits and budget monitoring
- Handling any other requirements within accounts department
Experience needed:
- Previous accounts experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
- Systems used: quickbooks and MS - MUST!
- You should be self motivated
- Attention to detail
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday 0900-1730 (office based)
