Join the finance team as an Accounts Assistant and contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. They are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about finance and making a positive impact within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Assist with data entry, bank statement reconciliation, and invoice processing.
  • Prepare financial reports, support audit activities, and monitor budgets.
  • Perform clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Experience or training in finance is essential.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver’s licence is required.
