Description

Bookkeeper (Quickbooks):

  • Manage and maintain financial records in Quickbooks software, for 12 serpate companies
  • Carry out reconciliations and produce financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial accuracy
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper (Quickbooks) should have:

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks
  • Experience of dealing with high volume transactions for multiple companies
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and team-working abilities
  • A relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance or related field
