Overview:
We are recruiting for a Branch Manager on behalf of a successful Electrical Wholesaler in East Molesey.

This role would be a good first management position for an enthusiastic and driven sales person or could also suit an existing Branch Manager looking for a fresh challenge.

As the Branch Manager, you will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing and logistics.

Responsibilities:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy
Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets
Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts
Providing comprehensive training and development for staff
Ensure that your team meet operational standards
Participating in proactive and reactive sales both internally and externally based
Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

Skills / Experience:
Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets
Ability to motivate a team and lead by example
Ability to communicate at all levels, whether it be with your team or negotiating with your customer
Dynamic, good sense of humour and a passion for the electrical wholesale industry
