We are recruiting for an experienced FACILITIES MANAGER to join a company based in the Molesey area.

  • Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive compliance and inspection logs for all properties, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Oversee the maintenance and compliance of company vehicles, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage all insurance renewals, ensuring continuous coverage and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee yearly compliance renewals for various certifications, including ICO and marketingrelated compliance.
  • Manage all procurement activities for the company, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Assist month-end payables related to maintenance and procurement, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Address estate-related queries, including tenancy agreements, rent reconciliation, and utilities management.
  • Assist with IT-related matters, providing support and coordination for any technical issues.

Must have:

  • Health and safety certification
  • Relevant facilities management training
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in IT and basic technical troubleshooting
