Customer Service AdvisorWe are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team based in West Molesey. We are looking to speak with full-time candidates who can be flexible to work most weekends. This is a brilliant opportunity with plenty of room to progress your career in a leading storage company. Responsibilities:This is a highly varied role role:?part?customer service,?part?sales and?part??facilities management. This is a truly unique job and no day is exactly the same. Here are some of the things you’ll get up to day-to-day:
  • With a good understanding of the customers’ needs you’ll help them decide what the best solution is for them 
  • You’ll maximise sales at every opportunity through promoting our products and services 
  • You’ll offer the highest quality of customer service in person, via email or phone.
  • Completing daily health and safety walk rounds you’ll help to maintain the general cleanliness of the site 
  • You’ll carry out general administrative tasks on our database
Who we’re looking for?You will be:
  • Friendly, warm and you enjoy meeting people from different walks of life 
  • A great listener with a genuine interest in helping people
  • Able to work well both on your own and as part of a close-knit team
  • Hungry to learn and wanting to expand your skill set
  • Good at managing your time
  • Experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be preferred
