Our client is seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate patient records which includes appointments, patient communication notes, financial transactions, and other administrative duties.
- Taking all incoming calls and returning calls missed.
- Managing email inboxes.
- Recording patient call notes on patient management system.
- Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Handling patient queries.
- Taking payments.
- Accurate and timely end of day reporting.
- Keeping up to date knowledge of products and treatments.
- Solicit patient feedback to help identify areas of improvements, keep accurate patient feedback records in the patient’s profile on the patient management software.
- Reviewing and managing doctor’s diaries for the coming days and weeks to make sure the correct appointments have been made.
- Follow up late or DNA appointments and missed opportunities.
