Our client is seeking a Specialist Customer Service Advisor to engage with customers, providing and processing information to address inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and acknowledging customer orders
- Processing orders onto the SAP ERP system
- Liaising with customers and keep them informed of the progress of their orders
- Answering Customer Queries
- Resolving any customer complaints
- Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated person
- Liaising with Procurement and Suppliers
- Maintaining process protocols
- Communicating and co-coordinating with internal departments
Key attributes
- Experience in an office-based customer services role essential
- Ideally experience of the pharmaceutical industry but not essential
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work load
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
