Finance & Customer Service Manager - Part TIme Our client is currently seeking to employ an In-House Finance Manager to join their small and friendly office.
Job Description Reporting into the Managing Director, working alongside existing management team the role will entail the following:
路 Reporting to Managing Director and external chartered accountant. 路 Customer service & admin support 路 Sale order processing 路 Knowledge of Sage 50/200 would be preferred. 路 Vat returns 路 Preparing annual returns路 Monthly management reports for sales team & operations 路 Review and approve vendor agreements 路 Maintain debtor & creditors ledgers 路 Ensur路 Cover both our UK & US businesses. 路 Invoice updating & processing 路 Prepare financial statements and management accounts 路 Monitor spending and budgets 路 Variance analysis 路 Prepare cashflow reports 路 Analyse the company's financial performance 路 Forecast and plan future spending and profits 路 Recommend ways to reduce costs and increase profits 路 Manage the finance dept to ensure that the finance function is operating smoothly and all work is being completed to an accurate and timely manner.路 Week end reporting 路 Month end reporting The Ideal Candidate 路 Experienced in the role for a minimum of 3 years. 路 Worked in a property company previously. 路 Good experience using excel and sage 路 The ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment 路 Ability to organise your own workload 路 To be able to manage a team 路 Qualified or part qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (Advantageous) Part Time, School Hours
