Position: Health Care Assistant
Salary: £11.44 - £13
Available work in Spalding and/or Bourne plus surrounding areas.
Day & Night Shifts available!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes.
- Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best care possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to empathise with patients.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control, safeguarding, risk assessments & report writing.
- Holds a valid Manual Handling certificate (Preferred)
- Has a minimum of 12 months experience and/or holds a suitable social care qualification.
