Available work in Spalding and/or Bourne plus surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting any changes.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team of healthcare professionals to deliver the best care possible.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to empathise with patients.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control, safeguarding, risk assessments & report writing.
  • Holds a valid Manual Handling certificate (Preferred)
  • Has a minimum of 12 months experience and/or holds a suitable social care qualification.
