Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're working with our client, to find an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join their established team based near Fareham.
About the role:
You'll be joining a supportive team of 12, managed by a friendly and inspiring team leader, where building genuine rapport with clients is key. Our client prides itself on putting customers first, so KPIs are focused on quality interactions and understanding individual needs, not call volumes or length of calls, etc. You'll handle inbound calls from existing customers, answer enquiries, and provide expert guidance on a wide range of insurance products, from personal lines (car, home, travel) to commercial offerings (farm, estate, tradesman, hospitality, etc.). Full product and insurance training will be provided!
While insurance experience is a plus, it's not essential. We're looking for individuals who:
- Prioritise the customer: You naturally go the extra mile to provide outstanding service.
- Excel at communication: You're a confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
- Are highly organised: You can manage multiple systems (training provided!) and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Embrace learning: You're eager to learn about insurance products and develop your expertise.
- Possess strong IT skills: You're comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.

- The role is fully office-based, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm (35-hour week).
- Once you have received your training in Wickham, there are options to work from either an Alton or Winchester office if this is closer to where you reside.
- A driving licence and own transportation are desirable; however, there is good access to bus links from Fareham station.
