To join a small growing team and contribute to the success by sourcing candidates for Temporary, Contract and Permanent positions across London. The core purpose of the role will be to build a client base from both warm and cold leads as well as large candidate network. Building excellent and long-standing relationships is key to the success of this role.
Responsibilities
- Canvassing clients from a pre-existing warm and cold database to sell the services you and Wise May offer
- Arrange face to face meetings / MS Teams calls to meet with prospective clients
- Building strong relationships with potential clients and keeping in touch via phone, email, face to face meetings and client entertainment
- Taking job briefs from clients
- Resourcing for roles via your own (Wise May’s) network, job boards, Linkedin and social media
- Consulting clients and candidates demonstrating honesty and integrity
- Arranging interviews
- Taking interview feedback from both the client and the candidate
- Acting as a liaison between the clients and the candidates
- Identifying possible leads and following them up
- Negotiating fees and charge rates
Skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and rapport
- Used to working in a fast-paced, target driven and high-volume environment
- System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases
- Resourceful with the ability to use own initiative
- Ability to think outside the box and think of ways to be different to your competition
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercising responsible judgement when appropriate
