Learning Support Assistant (Long-term Supply)

We are seeking a compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join an amazing team at our partner school in Bromley (BR4).
The ideal candidate will have experience and skills in supporting students with special education needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support classroom teachers in managing student behavior and facilitating lessons
- Adapt learning materials to meet the specific needs of students
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and SEN coordinators
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Strong understanding of SEN practices and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education needs
